Terms of Service

Article 1 (Purpose)
These Terms govern the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between the operator and users regarding the use of Turnlet (the “App”).
Article 2 (Service Content)
The App provides: puzzles that match horizontal row colors by rotating four tiles; 120 journey levels; a daily puzzle; free play; one hint per attempt; color collections unlocked with stars; music, effects and haptics.
Article 3 (Using the Service)
- The App is free and requires no account.
- It runs on iOS 17.0 or later.
- Most features work without an internet connection.
Article 4 (Game Play Notice)
Complete each of the four horizontal rows in one color within the move allowance. There is no timer. A hint caps that attempt at two stars; applying it and undoing each use one move. Retrying restores moves and one hint. Progress is stored on the device; cross-device sync is not provided.
Article 5 (Privacy and Usage Analytics)
Progress is saved on your device, and optional Firebase Analytics processes game usage statistics. Analytics starts only after your prior consent. You can withdraw consent in Settings; declining does not affect gameplay. Data categories, Google processing, retention and your rights are described in the Privacy Policy. There are currently no ads or paid purchases. Relevant terms and disclosures will be updated if these are introduced.
Article 6 (User Obligations)
Users must not: reproduce or commercially use content without authorization; circumvent technical protections; reverse-engineer the software; or violate applicable law.
Article 7 (Modification & Discontinuation)
The operator may modify or suspend the service for valid reasons, with advance notice when feasible.
Article 8 (Disclaimers)
The App is provided “as-is” without any warranty of fitness for a particular purpose. The operator is not responsible for device issues, access changes due to OS updates, or data loss resulting from deleting the App.
Article 9 (Amendments)
These Terms may be updated via the App or this web page. If you disagree with a change, you may discontinue use.
Article 10 (Governing Law & Jurisdiction)
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, and disputes are subject to the court having jurisdiction over the operator’s location.
